Giving up an animal for rehoming is one of the hardest descisions an owner can make. Reasons for rehoming can vary, it might be simply that the owner can no longer afford to look after their guinea pigs, as its not just a case of food, but bedding, occasional vets bills etc. Sometimes it might be a case that the children have lost interest, or the guinea pig doesnt get on with its existing cage mate/s etc
But for whatever reason we are here if you need us. Space permitting, we will gladly take in your unwanted guinea pig/s and will find a loving new home for them. If possible please bring any unwanted, bedding, food, toys, cages or accessories as this will help settle the guinea pig/s and be less stressful for them during this period if they have their familar possessions around them. It will also make it more likely that we will be able to take them in, as sometimes our rehoming cages may all be occupied.
Please be absolutely certain that you require them to come to us for rehoming, as once they are here we will not be able to return them to you once they have been signed over to us. If you have guinea pig/s you require to be rehomed them please contact us via our contact form.
